1. Maintain good hydration by drinking at least 6-8 glasses of water in a day.
2. Do not use very warm water for bath because it has a tendency to make the skin more dry.
3. Apply a good moisturizer immediately after bath & within 3 minutes on half wet body.
4. Use of good Sunscreen is also very important as people think that it may not be required during winters.
5. Take almonds and walnut in your diet daily, a fistful if these nuts will give you loads of glow.
